for the following: 1) Construction of a cladded roof and cladded walls to provide a weathered shelter to the existing animal feed storage bins located between the 2 existing buildings used for animal feed milling on the site (labelled Mill 1 and Mill 2 in the application information), 2) construction of an extension to the south western elevation of the existing Mill 1 building, 3) removal of an 18m2 enclosed feed storage bin on the south western elevation of the existing Mill 1 building and 3) all associated site works
