Permission sought for replacement of roof and first floor, lowering of the ground floor by 300mm approximately, changing the front door which fronts to Fruit Street to a glazed opening, replacement of front windows. Provision of side gate entrance at existing stone wall boundary at side access road. Demolition of single storey walls which were part of rear store to the dwelling. Construction of raised patio area outside the rear wall of the dwelling to link with the proposed side access, this will have steps to the rear yard. Provision of double door and window openings, at the rear ground floor, provision of rooflights at the rear roof , construction of single storey connection between the dwelling and the store which is an existing open area under a galvanized corrugated steel roof which is part of the existing two storey, store roof. Construction of steps to the raised access area outside the Utility, and all associated site works
