Project scope

1. extend and renovate existing dwelling house and amendments to elevations to include removal of chimneys 2. demolish and relocate the front porch, 3. Demolish outbuildings to the side and rear of the dwelling house, 4. demolish existing extension to the rear of the dwelling house. 5. Change of use of existing outbuilding to side of dwelling house to part of dwelling house. 6. Extension to the rear of dwelling house. 7. Internal amendments to ground and first floor layouts 8. Permission is also sought to remove existing boundary wall and entrance to the front of the property and reinstate same by way set back. 9.and all associated works
