Project scope

the construction of a 3-storey commercial / office building (Overall Gross Floor Area 2,737sq.m.) comprising 2 No. retail or café / restaurant units (Gross Floor Area 341sq.m.) at ground floor fronting Green Lane / R448 and office and ancillary accommodation over three levels (Gross Floor Area 2,396sq.m.) on the site of the existing car park. The development is accessed from existing vehicular access to Shamrock Plaza and includes 12 No. car parking spaces and 60 No. covered bicycle parking spaces, bin storage / services compound, signage, roof plant / rooftop plant enclosure, solar panels and all associated site and development works, ancillary site activities and ancillary accommodation
