Project scope

1. Construct two further all-weather tennis courts with fencing, flood lights and ball stops between existing courts and clubhouse. 2. Construct two all-weather paddle courts with flood lights, individual fencing and canopy/roof covers to the north of site. 3. Construct two indoor badminton courts adjoining our two existing badminton courts to the west of site. 4. Renovate and extend ladies and gents changing rooms and toilets on ground floor and first floor extension to incorporate office, gym, store and new clubhouse entrance foyer and external lighting. 5. Construct external balcony at first floor level of clubhouse overlooking tennis courts. 6. Resurface and redevelop existing carpark.
