the completion of the unfinished estate of Blackbog Grove as permitted under planning reference P21/98. Development proposals to include amendment to the previously granted site layout to provide for a reduction in dwelling numbers from seven as previously granted, to six dwellings as currently proposed. (Proposed dwellings are: 1 No. Dwelling type A – a three bedroom two storey dwelling, plus 5 No. Dwelling type B/B1 – four bedroom two storey dwellings, Alteration is floor levels to accommodate gravity sewers, plus all associated site works including all over ground / underground services to facilitate the development
