Project scope

the completion of an unfinished estate at Gort Na Gréine, Ballinabrannagh. The completion of the development includes the construction of 8 No. semi-detached 3 bedroom two storey dwellings at sites 46-53 plus 1 No. two storey detached 3 bedroom dwelling at site 42. Also included is the construction of 22 No. two storey dwellings (type A – 5 No. two storey 4 bedroom detached dwellings, types A1/A2 – 3 No. two storey 5 bedroom detached dwellings, type B – 2 No. two storey 4 bedroom semi detached dwellings and type C – 12 No. two storey 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings), plus all landscaping, provision of recreation area / public open space and all associated overground and underground site works including an on site waste water treatment system. Sites 1-22 to be accessed via an existing site access and road network
