Project scope

Alterations and additions to an existing storey and a half dwelling incorporating new single storey rear extensions, a new storey and a half side extension, new single storey front porch and a new single storey garage to the rear, new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, and associated site works. To facilitate the new works, demolitions include the demolition of existing side and rear single storey living accommodation, demolition of an existing single storey shed to the side, and demolition of an existing rear garage. It is also proposed to widen the existing vehicular entrance to the site.
