Project scope

the construction of two separate commercial buildings including external signage. Block A will accommodate 4no units, each for light industrial/warehousing and ancillary office use on the ground floor. Unit 1 will have ancillary office use on the first floor. Block B will accommodate 3no units, each for light industrial/warehousing and ancillary office use on the ground floor. Unit 5 will have a mezzanine floor for light industrial/warehousing use. The development also includes landscaping, boundary treatments, site services and all associated site works above and below ground
