Project scope

existing three storey building (dwelling/1no. studio apartment) to be altered to replace existing dwelling with 2no. 1 bedroom apartments and 1no. studio apartment and associated works. Existing outhouse building to rear laneway to be renovated and altered as follows: Existing 2no. studio apartments to ground floor/1no. studio to first floor are to be renovated and altered with an additional 2no. 1 bedroom and 1no. studio apartments constructed to rear and all associated site works at St Anthony's (protected structure CT11 NIAH 10000244 ). A NIS will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
