Project scope

(1) Demolition of an existing dwelling & associated structures; (2) The construction of 20 no. 2 & 3 storey houses (comprising 5 x Type A, 8 x Type B, & 7 x Type C); (3) New road entrance, internal access road, footpaths; & car parking (1 per house Type A, 2 per Types B & C, & 2 visitor spaces); (4) Provision of landscaping, private open spaces, public open space, communal open spaces & boundary treatment works; (5) All water, drainage & service works & connections, incl. new wastewater pumping station, detention basin & swale; (6) In curtilage bike & bin storage; (7) Alterations to Uisce Eireann laneway incl. amended Right of Way; (8) All associated construction phase & facilitating works. A Natura Impact Statement accompanies the planning application
