Project scope

1. permission for the redevelopment of an existing single storey dwelling to include the demolition of a single storey extension to the East elevation, increase in height of existing dwelling to storey & half, and will include storey & Half type extensions to South, East & west elevations. 2. Permission for the demolition of an existing domestic garage and permission for the construction of a new domestic garage / store, a new vehicular entrance to the southern boundary, an increase in width the existing vehicular entrance to the Western boundary, and all associated site works
