Project scope

(a) Demolition of two-story section of the hotel on North Elevation, demolition of 2 no, stairwell North & South elevations and demolition of existing store and arch gateway to the South. (b) A Proposed 3-storey 42 room extension over plant room / store rooms (c) Proposed leisure centre, gym, spa, treatment rooms, changing rooms, café / reception area, function / meeting rooms all other associated developments. (d) Proposed roof garden / terrace areas, (e) Proposed bin store to the rear, (f) Proposed revised layout and extension of the car park to include, 192 no. standard car parking spaces, 14 no. Disabled spaces, 4 no. Ev Charging Spaces, 48 no. Ducted Ev Spaces, 3 no. Bus Set down areas, 258 Total spaces. (g) Proposed ESB substation, (h) Proposed signage to building elevation and free standing site/directional signage, (i) Internal amendments and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) and Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA) accompany the application
