a change of use from that Granted under Planning Reference No. 23/60178 which stated: “Permission GRANTED to demolish portion of commercial retail store to the rear of existing retail unit. Full planning permission is sought for the change of use of the entire retail site area for use as a Hotel. Full planning permission is sought to construct a two-storey extension to the rear of existing original building including the renovation of same for a 17 no. bedroom hotel, associated signage, associated facilities including, kitchen, dining area, lounge / bar area, toilets, laundry facilities, associated car-parking all ancillary site works and services.” To a new application to change the use on the same site to :- Permission to demolish portion of the commercial retail store to the rear of the existing retail unit. Full Permission is sought for the change of use of the entire retail site area for use as retail unit to ground floor fronting onto Mainstreet with associated signage and domestic housing comprising of: Ground Floor: One number retail unit fronting onto the main street. Three number one-bedroom apartments. Provision of a communal bin storage facility and secured internal bicycle parking. Ten on street car parking spaces. First Floor: One number one-bedroom apartment. One number two-bedroom apartment. Two number three-bedroom apartment. The provision of four number two storey town houses/apartments with rooftop gardens. All associated ancillary site works and services
