Demolition and redevelopment

Project scope

1) demolition of existing fuel loading canopy; 2) demolition of section of existing office building; 3) removal of existing front boundary fence; 4) relocation of existing overground tank fill point; 5) decommission and removal of existing disused vertical fuel storage tank; 6) removal of 2 no. existing fuel pumps; 7) construction of new fuel dispensing forecourt with 2 no. new fuel dispensing pumps and new 50,000 litre underground unleaded fuel storage tank; 8) erect new ID sign; 9) relocation of existing staff parking; 10) construction of new front and east side boundary wall; 11) extend existing concrete yard; 12) install new overground AdBlue dispensing tank; and 13) all associated site works.
