14 no. dwelling units as follows: 4 no. 2 bedroom end-of-terrace dwellings (Type A1), 5 no. 2 bedroom mid-terrace dwellings (Type A2), 3 no. 3 bedroom mid-terrace dwellings (Type A3), and 2 no. 2 bedroom end-of-terrace dwellings (Type A4) together with a
