Project scope

1. Construction of the proposed (145m x 90m) Training grass playing Pitch with 8 number light posts 24-meter-high (achieving 500 lux) to the Southwest of the site. 2. Construction of 3m wide walkways (Approx. 370m length) to be constructed around the Proposed training pitch. 3. Construction of a 35 number light posts 6 meters high along all walkways including the proposed on site. 4. Construction of two dugouts on the southwest side of the proposed training pitch. 5. Construction of a proposed viewing stand located northeast on the proposed training pitch. 6. Construction of a proposed car park consisting of 75 No car parking spaces to be finished with tarmac finish and all associated ancillary site works at the above address. 7. Extension of the existing walkway to the north of the site to provide vehicular access, widened from 5m to 6.2m
