Project scope

construction of 1no. two-storey Light Industrial Unit (1824.6m²), consisting of an assembly area, processing area, fabrication area, remote working office hub with canteen & Meeting room on the ground floor and 3no. offices, canteen, storage area and toilets for manufacturing area on the first floor. Permission is also sought to relocate the existing Southwest entrance 8m southwest, car parking spaces, bicycle parking, proposed entrance off the private road, HGV set down areas, bin stores, 3 no. fuel storage underground tanks to the southwest of the site, connection to public sewer and watermains adjacent to site and all associated site works
