Project scope

for alteration upgrade and extend existing childcare care premises and services. Permission is sought to : (a) alter existing premises layout to provide a staff room with canteen area, a staff office, a services room and staff toilet facilities. (b) construct a storey and a half type extension to the rear of existing premises containing entrance hall, toddler and wobbler rooms, three number sleeping rooms, baby room, w.c and baby changing rooms, kitchen and storage areas and staircase to ground floor and two number childcare rooms with toilet facilities and plant room to first floor (c) upgrade and alter existing site services and boundaries and all associated site works. Protected structure RPS No. 033-014 and NIAH No. 15320016 is adjacent to the application site, but not inside of the perimeter of the subject site. The site is in the environs of a protected structure
