Project scope

development which will consist of: 1. Removal of storage container and part removal/relocation of walking track. 2. Construction of a new 60m x 35m all-weather surface pitch with ball rebound fence surround and associated lighting columns, 3. Construction of a new 35m long x 5m high precast concrete skills wall to the all-weather surface pitch. 4. Car park extension to include disabled parking bays, EV charging, bicycle stands and coach parking. 5. Construction of a 1.8m wide community walking track with associated lighting around the perimeter of the site which will connect to the existing walking track. 6. Construction of a shared community tool storage shed (6m x 4m) and a community coffee hut (3m x 3m). 7. All associated ancillary site works and services
