Project scope

for the following: 1) Retention for existing buildings and structures on the subject site used for the purposes of retailing, storage, administration and welfare facilities of agricultural and general hardware supplies, and 2) all associated site services. This building and its environs is a protected structure, RPS No. 007-061. Protected structure RPS No. 007-023 and NIAH No. 15302031 is adjacent to the application site, but not inside of the perimeter of the subject site. The site is in the environs of a protected structure.
