Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

permission to (a) construct a 233m2 Multi-Purpose Community Building with 1st Floor area, (b) extend existing club house consisting of 2 additional dressing rooms, referee’s room, modifications & alternations to existing clubhouse, (c) install a 50m x 23m All-Weather Astro Area with associated fencing & floodlighting (d) relocated position of existing Playing Pitch, (e) works proposed include an extension of the site boundaries/curtilage of the existing GAA grounds to the north and north-east, to facilitate the proposed provision of the proposed new pitch with associated Floodlights & Ball stops, (f) install floodlit walking track around the perimeter of the site, (g) install Skills Wall, (h) reconfigure & relocate carpark (i) decommission existing septic tank & install new Wastewater Treatment unit with percolation area & all associated site development works
