Project scope

to construct an additional semi-detached block containing two number ,two bedroom units and to install all necessary site services, connections to public sewers and watermains, to install driveways, gardens, boundary walls, fencing, footpaths and bin storage compound etc. Permission is also sought to upgrade and alter details as previously granted permission under planning file 19/6106 and extended under planning file number 24/64 including, entrance to public road , internal road network and turning head , parking provisions, green areas , public lighting, landscaping, and all site services and all associated site works
