1) RETENTION for existing buildings and structures on the subject site used for the purposes of retailing, storage, administration and welfare facilities of agricultural and general hardware supplies, and 2) all associated site services. This building and its environs is a protected structure, RPS No. 007-023 and the NIAH No. 15302031.
