Project scope

Permission is sought to bring the derelict dwelling back to habitable residential use. Permission is also sought to construct a split level, two storey extension (63.1sqm) to the rear of the derelict dwelling. Ground level consists of an office/snug area and the basement level consists of a kitchen, living and dining area. Permission is sought for the change of use of the existing domestic shed to habitable use, consisting of a utility room and W/C at basement level. Permission is also sought to decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and install tertiary treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works
