Change of Use to part of an existing apartment building consisting of the following: 1. Change of Use from existing Security Office, Communal Utility/Drying Room and WC at ground floor level to a Proposed One Bedroom Studio Apartment 2. Change of Use from existing Seminar Room and Toilet Facilities at first floor level to a Proposed One Bedroom Apartment 3. Change of Use from existing Seminar Room and Toilet Facilities at second floor level to a Proposed One Bedroom Apartment 4. all the above together with all necessary internal and external alterations, changes to existing elevations, connection to services and all associated site works
