Project scope

to construct a split level, two storey extension (63.1sqm) to the rear of the existing dwelling. Ground level consists of an office/snug area and the basement level consists of a kitchen, living and dining area. Permission is sought for the change of use of the existing domestic shed to habitable use, consisting of a utility room and W/C at basement level Permission is also sought to decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and install tertiary treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works at the above address.
