proposed new 2 storey Enterprise unit consisting of 4 No. light Industrial Units for start-up & Incubation Business in the food industry, including single storey maintenance and staff canteen units with associated PV Panels, New signage, new covered EV charging carport with associated PV Panels, adjustment to existing site entrance gate to provide new pedestrian entrance gate, extension to existing internal access road with new carparking layout, loading areas, bicycle parking including stands/shelter, external bin, bicycle and liquid gas stores, all associated hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, connections to existing services and to carry out all associated ancillary site works above and below ground
