Project scope

the following: 1. Amendments to site boundaries 2. Amendments to house types A, B, C, I, J & K (No’s 1-17 and 41-57 inclusive), comprising of the removal of the rear single storey ground floor projection and minor alterations to each house. 3. Amendments to house types D, E & F (No’s 30 to 40 inclusive), comprising of the optional attic conversion of the 3 bed houses to allow for an additional bedroom to give the option of a 3 or 4 bedroom house. 4. Minor amendments to site layouts and all ancillary works at Fionnán Mór, Coosan Link Road, Clonbrusk, Athlone. Previous planning ref no. 21/17
