Project scope

The development will consist of miscellaneous alterations, refurbishments and extensions of the existing Teach Ceoil structure, including inter alia:- (i) miscellaneous internal alterations to facilitate (ii) single storey extensions to existing single storey accommodations, with (iii) alterations to all main facades including, (iv) new rooflights and PV located unto new and existing flat and pitched roof areas, and (v) installation of new M&E services throughout the property, as required, including new kitchen and sanitary accommodations. The development will also include inter alia, works and alterations to facilitate all necessary site services and alterations/demolitions to external accommodations to facilitate ease of circulation within the site. The overall current uses of the accommodations will remain unchanged
