Proposed change of plans for proposed canopy to west side of existing building, granted planning permission under Ref. 17/6372 and 22/494). Permitted area = 2,715sq.m, permitted height = 11.15m; Proposed area = 1,652sq.m, proposed height = 11.15m; 3. Proposed new lean-to canopy to east side of existing building (total floor area = 490sq.m, maximum height = 9.0m); 4. Retention of partly constructed 11 No. new carparking spaces to southern end of site, and permission for their completion; And associated site works
