development which will consist of 1) The construction of a new single storey extension of approx. 595m² to the side (south) of the existing school building consisting of a two-class base special education needs (SEN) suite with ancillary support areas and 1no. General Mainstream Classroom with a link corridor connection to the existing school building 2)External site works will include new relocated vehicle entrance to the North, Hiskinstown Road and an exit to the South, Killucan Road, new car and bus set down areas, total of 51no. car parking spaces in 2 separate areas to front and rear of the school, associated new landscaping works, new boundary wall & railings to the West and South, external play areas, drainage works to include new on-site wastewater treatment facility, storm drainage discharging to soakaways and PV panels on roof of the extension 3) The application includes a Stage 1: Appropriate Assessment Screening
