Project scope

to renovate existing derelict house and a commercial premises on site to habitable accommodation. Building 01: Located on the north side of the site, this existing commercial storage structure (79.1 sqm) proposed to be renovated and converted into a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment will include a kitchen/dining area (19.1 sqm), a living room (14.6 sqm), a bedroom (13.6 sqm), a bathroom, and a utility room and connect to main sewage water on site. Building 02: Situated on the east side of the site, this derelict dwelling structure proposed to be renovated and converted into a one-bedroom apartment. The layout will consist of an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area (23.5 sqm), a bedroom (12.6 sqm), a bathroom, and a utility room and will also include connections to existing sewer and all associated site works
