Project scope

to renovate and do internal alterations to an existing dwelling and the construction of a two-storey extension (6.8 sqm) consisting of a staircase located at the rear of the existing dwelling. Additionally, permission is also sought to raise the floor to ceiling height from 1.87 m to 2.4 m in the existing single storey extension at the rear of the existing dwelling. Permission is also sought to demolish a non-structural block wall located on the east side of the site and to install a new 2 m high block wall around the site’s boundary and all ancillary site works
