Project scope

for the renovation and extension of a detached derelict structure, formally a dwelling house. The works will include the removal of the existing roof and the reconstruction of a new raised roof to accommodate a renovated first floor, incorporating associated new window openings. The proposal also includes a new single-story extension to the rear (west) and side (north) elevations of the detached dwelling. The development will also involve the demolition of an existing outbuilding, the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system, coco filter and soil polishing filter, and all ancillary site works
