Project scope

Retention Permission for development. The development will consist of the retention of: • A ground floor window on the north-facing elevation of the existing dwelling. • A single-storey ground floor extension to the west-facing (rear) elevation of the existing dwelling, comprising a Dining room, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, together with connection to the existing sewerage system and all associated site works. • A partitioned hobby room and toilet area within the existing detached shed, together with connection to the existing sewerage system.
