Project scope

to restore and refurbish an original lodge building and construction of a sympathetic extension to the north and east side of the original building. The lodge is a protected structure. The development will consist of the refurbishment of the original existing lodge dwelling house, construction of an extension to the north and east side of the lodge building, a domestic garage, improvement of the existing entrance to the public road, a waste water treatment system and percolation area to EPA 2021 recommendations, together with all other works ancillary to the overall development. The original Lodge is a protected structure , Gate Lodge Reg Number 15306021.
