Construct a new 2 storey flat roofed extension to the side (south) of the cottage, 4. Construct a domestic garage in the garden on the south side of the cottage, 5. Construct an entrance and driveway from the existing roadway in Rice Park over portion of the existing green area to the rear of the cottage, 6. Face the existing mass concrete boundary wall to the rear of the property (facing Rice Park) with natural stone, together with all associated site works ,A Protected Structure, RPS No WA730759.
