Project scope

The replacement of the 1960’s two storey plastered shopfront section with a new two storey shopfront of increased height and incorporating a feature glazed panel. Ancillary works to include illuminated shopfront signage to the façade, a projecting store sign, a new canopy and infilling of recess to fire exit and substation at street level at Shaw’s Department Store, 53, Meagher’s Quay, Waterford X91 VR82. This building forms part of a Protected Structure – NIAH Record # 22500332 and abuts the Bank of Ireland - Protected Structure NIAH Record # 22501076.
