The change of use of part of the vacant former Tramore CBS three storey school building from educational use/community infrastructure to residential use consisting of 2no. one bed & 2No. two bed residential units at lower ground floor, 3No. one bed & 1No. two bed residential units at upper ground floor, & 3No. one bed & 1No. two bed residential units at first floor, (12 No. residential units in total). The works will involve re-fenestration of the existing elevations to accommodation the new layout & the addition of external balconies at the upper levels. Proposed works also include the removal of an existing prefabricated classroom building from the site, alterations & adjustments of existing site boundaries, conversion of existing single storey monopitch open shed outbuilding to bin store, bike store & bulk storage use, the provision of on-site car parking & all associated siteworks
