Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

1) demolition of existing annex to the rear (north-east) of existing dwelling house, including the removal of existing chimney stack; 2) construction of single-storey domestic extensions to rear (north), side (west) and front (south) of existing dwelling house; 3) demolition of lean-to annex to side (west) of existing ‘hay shed’ agricultural building and the conversion and alterations of the external facades of this building for use as a domestic garage/store, ancillary to the dwelling house; 4) widening of existing site entrance gateway; 5) decommissioning of existing underground septic tank and the construction of a replacement wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter and all ancillary site works thereto
