a power plant comprising the following main components; Engine Hall comprising up to 6 no. dual fuel gas/diesel IC reciprocating engines and associated generating equipment; 1 no. exhaust stack cluster; Electrical Annex Building; 1 No. 120 MW Step-up transformer; Workshop/Stores Building; Administration Building; Radiator Coolers; Tank Farm comprising: 2 x Fuel Oil Storage Tanks, SCR reagent Tank, Lube Oil Storage Tank, Lube Oil Maintenance Tank, Lube Oil Disposal Tank, Pilot Oil Tank; Standby Generators; Cycle shed; Fire pump house, Firefighting water tank; Surface Water Attenuation Tank; Raw Water Storage Tank; Fencing; Car Park; Landscape planting around perimeter of site and all ancillary services. The plant is subject to a pollution control licence from the EPA
