Project scope

construction of a new single storey passive house, new entrance, access roadway, septic tank waste water treatment system, percolation area and associated groundworks and landscaping. A new access roadway will be constructed lined by mixed species native Irish hedging and native irish trees. the roadway will have an entrance from the L2255-1. The development will make use of sustainable building materials throughout and solar panels with battery storage for its main power source
