Project scope

the construction of a rear extension to the existing dwelling with an internal floor area of approximately of 54 sq.m. The removal of the existing garage and its replacement with a new larger domestic garage over existing footprint, with an internal floor area of approximately 36 sq.m. Modifications to the existing entrance walls and piers and installation of cast iron railings to top of existing boundary wall and installation of new wider entrance gate. The construction of new external entrance steps to the front of the existing dwelling. The removal of the existing chimney structure and installation of a new flue system. The installation of two new rooflights to the front roof elevation and associated works
