Project scope

a change to design for planning granted under planning reference number 2260264, to construct a new dwelling house, repurpose of existing dwelling structure to outbuilding, detached garage and plant room, waste water treatment system, new entrance, together with all associated site works. Changes from granted planning application are reduction of overall dwelling size, relocation of plant room to external and repurpose of existing dwelling on site to outbuilding storage shed instead of its demolition.
