demolition of rear porch and boiler room, construction of new single storey extension to rear, extension and modifications to existing garage and conversion to habitable space, modification to existing elevational treatment including external insulation, timber cladding and window ope adjustments, new rooflights and recovering of existing roof, removal of chimney stacks, proposed replacement of waste-water treatment system and percolation area, New external garage, new site entrance including gate and piers and all necessary associated site works and services
