Project scope

the construction of a residential housing estate to the rear of Gort Na Manach, Cahir Road, Inishlounaght T/D, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The works are summarized as – 1. Construction of a 55-unit residential estate, 2. The development will include: a. 10 no. semi-detached 4-bedroom 2-storey houses, b. 32 no. semi-detached 3-bedroom 2-storey houses, c. 1 no. detached 2-bedroom single storey house, d. 2 No. 2- storey terraced blocks, containing 4 No. 2- bedroom mid terrace townhouses and 4 No. end terrace 3- bedroom townhouses. e. 1 no. 2-storey maisonette apartment block containing 4 own door access 2-bedroom apartments. 3. The site is accessed via Gort Na Manach housing scheme and the Poppyfield Roundabout. 4. Connection to infrastructure works, adjoining foul sewers, water mains and all utilities- permitted under planning references, 05-43, 07-107, 05550043, 07550107, 17601211 & 19600097 5. The adjustment of site levels, site boundary treatments, open spaces, landscaping and all associated site development works
