Project scope

the alterations to the existing dwelling house, including: 1) demolition of annexes to the north eastern, south eastern and south western sides of existing dwelling house, and removal of two existing chimney stacks; 2) modifications of existing roof, windows, external elevations and internal layout of dwelling house; 3) infilling of existing basement floor level; 4) construction of single-storey extension to south western side of existing dwelling house; 5) decommissioning of existing underground septic tank and the construction of a replacement wastewater treatment system & soil polishing filter; and all ancillary site works thereto
