Project scope

the development of 23 no. dwelling houses comprising 16 no. Type A - two storey four bedroom semi detached, 2 No. Type B – two storey three bedroom semi detached, 3 No. Type C – two storey four bedroom detached, 2 No. Type E – four bedroom two storey detached, vehicular connected through the existing Longfield Park estate entrance. The 2 No. detached Type E dwellings are to be located along the R660 road with its access off this road only. The proposed development includes connection to existing services, the completion of public open space and this development forms the proposed completion of an unfinished permitted development under Planning Ref. No. 04/1574
