Project scope

Alterations & Amendments to developments permitted under Planning Reference No.s. 22/60527, 22/60564, 23/60273 and 23/60274 including: 1.) Removal of Condition 1(d) of the Permission granted under Planning Reference No. 23/60273 and the implementation of a revised construction phasing plan for the entire development area permitted under Planning Reference No.s. 22/60527, 22/60564, 23/60273 and 23/60274; 2.) Revisions to insurance bond/ cash deposit security calculations Conditions of Planning Ref. No.s. 22/60527, 22/60564, 23/60273 and 23/60274 to align with the revised construction phasing plan and corresponding number of units in each revised phase; 3.) Revisions to block finished floor levels and all associated building levels along with all adjoining road, path and landscape finished levels at the south of the lands in the area of developments permitted under Planning Ref. No.s. 22/60527, 22/60564 and 23/60274; & 4.) All ancillary site development and services works
